Rand Paul’s plan to “mix it up” at Cleveland GOP debate

Rand Paul, R-Kentucky isn’t blaming anyone for his slump in the polls, but he does think fellow contender and leader of the pack Donald Trump has been boosted by one source in particular. Paul joins “CBS This Morning” before he takes the stage in Cleveland.

“Why not mix it up on the ideas and issues of the day?” He said he’s not sure how the party would pay for it.

“I am not a member of the political class”, it said. “I think there needs to be a substantive debate”.

The group isn’t the first to slam Paul over his past comments about Iran. The ad suggests this could be your fate if you elect Paul to the presidency. Rand Paul is scheduled Friday to make a campaign visit to Spartanburg.

Paul, who is also running for the GOP presidential nomination and will appear in tonight’s Fox News presidential debate, has expressed his opposition to the recent Iran deal negotiated by the United States and the worldwide powers-China, Great Britain, France, Germany, and Russian Federation. Benton, along with former aides John Tate and Dimitrios Kesair, face charges of conspiracy, falsifying documents and several other related crimes in a federal indictment that was unsealed.

“There is no chance, contrary to Senator Paul’s view, that Obama’s negotiating mistakes can be rolled back”, Bolton told The Daily Caller News Foundation in a statement.

“[H]e had a little bit of help”. He could have called on Obama publicly to nuke Tehran and Bolton still would have hit him with something like this, in which case why not make doves happy by endorsing the deal?
