House GOP request investigation of Clinton over emails
You also know that he positively laid waste to her many claims and left the door wide open for a perjury investigation.

FBI Director James Comey said she had multiple devices and investigators found thousands of work-related emails that had not been turned over, telling Congress last week that three of her emails carried classified markings.
A majority of Americans – 56 percent – disapprove of the FBI’s recommendation not to charge Clinton with a crime over her use of a private server and handling of classified information, according to a new ABC News/Washington Post poll. By lying to Congress under oath, she perjured herself, which was evidence of her “Intent” to mislead and deceive Congress about the details of how she received and transmitted Secret, Top Secret and Sensitive Compartmented E-mails on the unclassified server in the basement of her home.
The two congressmen also call in their letter for Comey to answer a number of questions hovering over the FBI’s conclusion regarding its investigation and how his definition of Clinton’s actions, “extreme carelessness”, is not synonymous with “gross negligence”. The FBI’s willful blindness in failing to issue a criminal referral in this case amounts to a miscarriage of justice.
Therefore the FBI’s decision to let Clinton off the hook for the email scandal can not not be separated from the Democratic establishment and Obama’s deep support for her campaign.
Others involved in Whitewater, including Bill Clinton’s successor as governor, were sent to prison but Hillary and Bill escaped prosecution.
Fox News’s Andrew Napolitano said on Tuesday that Federal Bureau of Investigation director James Comey calling Hillary Clinton “extremely careless” is like historians claiming that “John Wilkes Booth was extremely careless at Ford’s theater”. However, thousands of Americans are now serving prison sentences for mishandling classified material, and in many of their cases, “Intent” was never proven.
After Comey’s announcement to not recommend criminal charges, the Justice Department announced it will not prosecute Clinton.
“They did not believe that (material in the emails) was classified, and I did not have a basis for second-guessing their conclusion”, Clinton told CNN.

The FBI’s decision in favor of the former first lady comes less than a month after a leaked document from the U.S. Democratic National Committee showed how the Democratic Party had favored and worked with Clinton since she kicked off her campaign a year ago.
