Courthouse gunman in custody dispute faces new charges
A man is facing murder and assault charges following a deadly shooting outside a courthouse in eastern Arizona that stemmed from a dispute over a custody hearing. Another woman was injured and was recovering.

Officers from the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office, Holbrook Police Department, Show Low Police Department and the Arizona Department of Public Safety responded to the scene within 43 seconds, Wolfe said.
Molesa said that it was too early to discuss an exact motive, though Navajo County later confirmed that an argument from a court hearing earlier on Tuesday led to the violence. “The investigation is ongoing at this time”, Navajo County officials said in a brief statement, providing no further details.
