Among the items are 28-ounce Krusteaz Blueberry Pancake Mix, made by Continental Mills, with the UPC 41449 00128.

The UPC code on the affected Party Rainbow Chip mix is 000-16000-40997 with Used By date of 25MAR2017; 28MAR2017; 27APR2017; 28APR2017; 23MAY2017; 24MAY2017; 25MAY2017.

A recall of General Mills flour – which has been blamed for a multi-state E. coli outbreak – has been expanded to include other brands and products that contain the flour, including some popular Betty Crocker cake mixes and a Krusteaz pancake mix.

Similarly, the recall only affected specific lots of Krusteaz Blueberry Pancake Mix manufactured between April 2016 and June 2016.

The UPC code on the Super Moist Carrot Cake mix is 000-16000-40987.

According to the FDA, the possible contaminant is Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC O121), a potentially deadly bacterium that can cause bloody diarrhea and dehydration.

Foster’s Food Fair – IGA has announced that General Mills Inc is recalling two flavours of Betty Crocker cake mix sold in the USA and one flavour sold in Canada because they use flour that was recalled earlier because it could contain the E.coli bacteria.
