In the “Bloodline” Season 2 finale, Nolan recalled meeting Robert Rayburn (Sam Shepard), while Meg Rayburn (Linda Cardellini) and Kevin Rayburn (Norbert Leo Butz) turned against John who pursued the person who can change his fate.

Bloodline, along with Miami-set HBO football comedy Ballers, had scooped up the last of the monies from the $300 million the state had allocated in 2010, allowing both shows to get through their most second seasons with financial breaks.

Cindy Holland, Vice President of Original Content at Netflix, said; “Todd, Daniel, and Glenn have created a riveting family saga featuring one of the most talented ensembles in the history of television”.

Executive produced by Todd A. Kessler, Daniel Zelman and Glenn Kessler, Bloodline’s extended cast also comprises Jacinda Barrett, Jamie McShane, Enrique Murciano, Andrea Riseborough and Ben Mendelsohn. Sony Pictures Television produces the series for Netflix. There’s no word on whether the series will return to shoot in the same location or move production altogether. That is in line with the ten episodes ordered for season two, but down from the 13 episode pick up for the show’s debut run.
