All four of Joe Perry’s Aerosmith bandmates have posted messages of support, love and encouragement to their guitarist, who is now hospitalized after collapsing backstage while performing with the Hollywood Vampires last night. The large crowd was in shock as the Aerosmith guitarist fell to the ground in the middle of the show and had to be rushed to the hospital. “FDNY and NYPD carried him off quickly”, wrote leeniepics in a message accompanied by a video of the musician. “@JoePerry sat down on the riser and then was taken away by EMTs”, Trunk said.

Concert footage surfaced on social media featuring Perry sitting on a drum kit during the show, trying hard to keep playing before walking behind a speaker and collapsing backstage.

Cooper posted on Twitter about the episode after the show, explaining that Perry was with family.

Hollywood Vampires also said Perry was doing better.

On Monday, Cooper also confirmed that the show will go on. “His brother Vampires and fans wish him a speedy recovery”.

According Billboard.com sources, Perry left the stage during the first song, but the band continued to play. Those who attended the concert are very well aware about the Joe Perry cardiac arrest. “I saw Johnny Depp mouth “Joe” to Alice Cooper”.

There are concerns for guitar payer, singer, songwriter and co-founder of Aerosmith, Joe Perry.
