Trump seeks $10M from former staffer over nondisclosure agreement
The Trump campaign did not respond to a request for comment; nor did Lewandowski.

Interestingly enough, Nunberg was not the only Trump employee required to sign a nondisclosure agreement, rather it seems to be the norm for those he employs.
In December 2015, Mr Nunberg told The Daily Beast, “I don’t think he will win”. According to Nunberg, Trump is accusing him of being the source of a New York Post Page Six item entitled “Trump campaign staffers get into public screaming match” from May, which recounted an alleged fight between then-campaign manager Corey Lewandowski and spokeswoman Hope Hicks in memorable detail.
Trump began arbitration proceedings against Nunberg in May, alleging he was involved with leaking word of a reported verbal altercation between now-fired Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski and campaign communications aide Hope Hicks.
An affidavit filed by Sam Nunberg’s mother, Rebecca Citron Nunberg, said the Trump entity bringing the claim against Sam Nunberg is not registered in the state of NY, depriving it of its ability to pursue legal claims against him.
He continues, “I did not provide the New York Post with any information concerning that embarrassing and lurid event …”
Trump fired his Jewish political advisor last August after Business Insider revealed past racially-charged Facebook posts. Also unclear is why an NDA signed by Nunberg a year ago would prevent him from discussing things he’s learned about the campaign many months after he left it, especially an argument between Hicks and Lewandowski “in plain view of passersby on 61st Street near Park Avenue”.
Trump was apparently attempting to keep his recourse hidden from public scrutiny during his 2016 presidential run by filing a private arbitration claim, rather than a civil lawsuit.
His attorney, Andrew Miltenberg, described the lawsuit as “a cautionary tale of what the American people face if Mr. Trump is elected president” and said Trump’s lawyers had sought unsuccessfully to keep the court documents under seal during a hearing Wednesday morning.

Trump’s legal conflicts, which also include a lawsuit over his Trump University real-estate seminars, have at times distracted public attention from his campaign.
“Right now, it’s not sealed”, the judge said.

As he was leaving court Wednesday, Garten sighed when approached by a reporter outside Bransten’s courtroom. Nunberg goes on to call Lewandowski a “sycophantic Yes Man”.
