Pokémon Go is now available in the UK
With Pokemon and other in-game items only appearing at certain real-world locations, swarms of budding collectors have gathered in public places as the game’s popularity has spread. But many analysts feel Nintendo could see significant profits from small in-app purchases players can make within the game.

In terms of revenue, that number puts the new augmented reality app ahead of other Pokemon mobile games, such as Pokemon Shuffle Mobile; developer Niantic’s last game, Ingress; and Nintendo’s first mobile app, Miitomo. In its world “trainers” travel the world to catch varied monsters called Pokemon – rats, dragons and the like – and use these critters to fight each other.
It has lead many to believe that Pokemon Go has, therefore, the entire original cast of critters for you to catch.
Download the Gadgets 360 app for Android and iOS to stay up to date with the latest tech news, product reviews, and exclusive deals on the popular mobiles. This can be apparently done by the Pokemon Go Plus accessory which was released in some markets for $34.99.
Android users also received a recent update to Pokemon GO that allows the game to be played on more devices specifically the app now runs on Android N devices when previously user would just get a lovely grey screen. Meanwhile, Finland-based cyber security company F-secure said Pokémon Go privacy concerns are hyped and overblown. The app also requires constant Global Positioning System access, and it uses a lot of data.
It noted that the maker of the game Nitantic was never able to read your Gmail and the permissiveness has more to do with Google’s settings.

We recommend installing the official version as there are immediate improvements. “It is not Pokemon Go that is collecting the information about the users; it is Google which typically asks for permission to access users’ information”, said Amit Nath, head of Asia Pacific (Corporate Business) for F-Secure.
