Bloomington police investigating bank robbery

Police are looking for a man who threatened to shoot people during a takeover-style bank robbery in Tacoma.

The suspect walked into a Heritage Bank branch in the 1700 block of South Union Avenue about 9:15 a.m. and pulled out a handgun.

It is unknown at this time how much money the robber got away with. The robber didn’t show a weapon during the incident, and no one was injured.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s, about 6′ tall, weighing around 180 pounds.
