Starting with a link found on the TV show’s Twitter handle, timed releases began appearing also on Snapchat and YouTube. It will be streamed online on The Verge and USA’s Mr. Robot website after each show airs. Here’s how they’re all connected.

As for some Mr. Robot spoilers, Mr. Robot Season 2 will feature a few new characters added to the mix: rapper Joey Bada$$ plays Elliot’s new friend Leon, Craig Robinson as one of Elliot’s new allies and Grace Gummer as an FBI agent investigating the Evil Corp hack. He breaks the fourth wall every so often, to check and see if the audience can see what he’s seeing.

This hack was so damaging to the E Corp conglomerate that the CEO commits suicide on live TV.as fsociety people in their trademark masks celebrate their victory. It was a publicity ploy, much like fsociety might do when hacking into something.
The second season of breakout hacker hit Mr. Robot premiered in two parts on United States of America last night, and it largely dealt with the fallout from hacker collective fsociety’s encryption of dastardly conglomerate E. Corp’s data that was supposed to trigger a big e-revolution. What I’m interested in are answers. What happened during those three days after the successful fsociety hack? Who’s knocking on Elliot’s door, and has he come to grips with recent realizations?

For the sake of spoilers, we won’t say whether Elliot and his teammates succeeded in the hack, just that the matter is in one way or another resolved by the season’s end.
