Dualshock 4 will not work with all PlayStation VR games
VR users will still need to add a PlayStation Camera accessory to enable positional head-tracking (provided they don’t already own one), but they won’t have to invest in the full 0 bundle that includes two Move controllers.

While Sony has confirmed the existence of the PlayStation 4 Neo, it hasn’t given its new console a proper reveal yet, which has opened the door for yet more leaks.
June was a pretty tiresome month for game releases (aside from Mirror’s Edge Catalyst and Inside) but that hasn’t stopped Sony’s PlayStation 4 from selling like hot cakes. Making the VR platform entirely open to gamers of all physical abilities may just be a boon for what’s poised to be the most diffuse high-end VR headset on the market.
This statement has since been reversed, with Sony telling The Verge that some games will require additional peripherals such as the PlayStation Move.
While the DualShock 4 controller features an integrated tracking LED and some gestural input is to be expected from the gamepad, it’s unclear whether DS4 will functionally become a second-class citizen in games that clearly benefit from what some are calling “hand presence”. It would be a bit awkward, though, since the controller couldn’t be twisted to face away from the camera (plus, the DualShock is a bit uncomfortable to hold with one hand).
“All PlayStation VR titles will support DualShock 4 controllers”.

The reactions actually appear to come from the PlayStation VR even that followed Sony’s presser at E3 back in June.
