The first clash between Barcelona and Real Madrid in the 2016-17 campaign will take place at the Camp Nou in early December.
The fixtures for the 2016-17 campaign were drawn during a lengthy ceremony at the Spanish FA’s Las Rozas headquarters on Friday morning, with the season’s Barca versus Madrid Clasico meetings set for December 3 or 4 at the Camp Nou and April 22 or 23 at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. Their first home fixture is a very tough match up against Atlético de Madrid on the weekend of the 28th of August.
Another set of games to keep an eye on are the Madrid derbies.
This year, the first meeting between Barcelona and Real Madrid will take place in the Camp Nou on the weekend of the 3rd/4th of April, while the return leg will take place on the 22nd/23rd of April of 2017. Atletico will be looking for revenge from their final defeat when Real visit the Calderon on November 20.
The last round of La Liga games will be on May 21, 2016.
