Pokemon Go India Launch Unlikely to Happen Anytime Soon
Earlier this week, there were concerns about Pokemon GO not providing enough PokeStops or Gyms for players living in rural or less populated areas.

The game has taken off like nothing before, among young and old (no doubt as much about nostalgia as the game itself), with Pokemon being spotted everywhere from Downing Street to Tube train tracks.
Pokemon GO has only been released in a few countries but it is confirmed that it will be releasing in Japan very shortly; they also have plans to release it in South Korea but there are a few problems such as Google maps being restricted due to North Korea’s security issues. Still, the main take-home thought appears to be this; Pokemon GO may be all the rage, but should nonetheless be played responsibly, safely, and with respect for certain establishments.
The game is now available in the United Kingdom and Germany after being launched in the United States, Australia and New Zealand last week.
“Pokemon Go” players fasten their smartphone in the body of their pet dog and let it ran around the backyard until the egg hatches, while other employ drones to do the walking for them.
Those interested in reporting a PokeStop or Pokemon Gym in a unsafe location or on personal property can do this on Niantic’s website as well.
Eagle-eyed Redditors first noticed the potential for a partnership when they dug through the code on the Android version of Pokémon Go.
Considering how big Pokemon Go already is, this is a justified move. Meaning you can download the game and play it, but there are some in-app purchases included, mostly for buying items. “Why limit it?” Niantic Chief Executive John Hanke told the agency during an interview Friday.
Hanke said the company is considering introducing a sponsorship scheme similar to one it has with Ingress, which designates sponsors’ stores and vending machines as spots in the game.

Hanke also revealed that wearable device will soon enable players to enjoy the game “without ever taking their phone out of their pocket or bag”.
