Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal holds ‘Talk to AK’ programme

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is holding an interactive session, titled “Talk to AK”, where people from across the country are likely to ask him questions over phone, through text messages and through social media.

In the meet, CM also demanded that medicines should be provided free of costs and tests should also be conducted free in all government hospitals across the country like it has been done by the Delhi government since February.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, prepping to widen his base with a string of elections in states like Punjab and Goa, began his interactive session “Talk to AK” on Sunday giving a long list of what he called his party’s achievements since coming to power a year ago. Kejriwal will sit at Delhi Secretariat from there he will interact with people.

“We have always said that there is no dearth of money in politics, there is a dearth of intent”.

Kejriwal claimed that, “We are saving money in every initiatives we are taking”.

The website named www.talktoak.com has been floated by the social media team of the Chief Minister, where people can submit their queries and share their opinions. If receives good response, “Talk to AK” will be held on monthly basis.

When a question on potholes (on roads) in Mumbai asked to Senger, he said that the issue of potholes is micro issue, Kejriwal will address on big issue like corruption and inflation.

“We have received thousands of questions through messages and social media in the last few days”.

Kejriwal said: “I am fighting for the people, not just for myself”. Music composer Vishal Dadlani will moderate the hour-long session.
