The Hollywood Vampires have pulled out of a U.S. TV performance on Monday night (11Jul16) as guitarist Joe Perry remains hospitalised following a health emergency.

A spokesperson for the Vampires has not provided an update on Perry’s condition, though NBC reported that the guitarist remained in stable condition in a NY hospital on Monday.

Auto czar Ernie Boch Jr. hung out with Perry backstage at the Vampires show at Mohegan Sun last week and said the legendary guitarist seemed in good health and in good spirits. Aerosmith co-founder and guitarist Perry has been taken to a hospital after he was forced to leave the stage while performing in New York City.

In subsequent interviews, Joe Perry has made it clear that he is skeptical about Aersomith closing up shop.

The tweet said, “Thanks to all of the fans reaching out and asking about Joe”.

The clip also shows frontman Alice Cooper searching for Perry onstage after turning around to face the band.

“Alice Through The Looking Glass” actor Johnny Depp, who also plays in the band, did not issue a statement.

Hollywood Vampires are now in the midst of their first US tour.

Perry is one of the founding members of the legendary rock band Aerosmith, along with Steven Tyler, Ray Tabano, and Tom Hamilton.
