House Democrats Boo Bernie Sanders In Meeting
Delegates appointed by Clinton and the DNC feel it would be disrespectful to the president to include platform language affronting one of Obama’s top goals. Shortly after realizing this disappointing, yet not unexpected, news, Sanders addressed American voters in a live-stream video. In our poll, almost half of Sanders voters (46 percent) have an unfavorable opinion of Hillary Clinton while 94 percent of Clinton voters hold a favorable opinion. What’s unclear is how his expected endorsement of Clinton next week would affect that.

Still, the outnumbered supporters of Sanders, who scored numerous policy victories across three drafting committee meetings, came to Orlando with more changes in mind. “I don’t honestly know how we would survive four years of a Donald Trump as president”, he said.
But despite these signs of cooperation, Sanders has for weeks remained insistent that a formal endorsement of Clinton will not be forthcoming.
Sanders instead pointed to progress with Clinton, telling reporters after the meeting that he applauded a “very bold initiative” by the former secretary of state to make college more affordable. And Clinton voters overwhelmingly like her. Still, these niche votes are nothing in comparison to the numbers that Sanders has from younger and self-proclaimed working-class individuals. Though she did not agree to wave tuition for all students attending public universities like Sanders had, she offered to eliminated fees for students whose families have an annual income of less than $125,000.
Whether Sanders garners a primetime speech at the Democratic National Convention, happening July 25 to 28 in Philadelphia, or a complete and visual tally is taken of all the voting delegates was one set of conditions, Democratic operatives told the New York Times.
The last debate between supporters of Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton is taking place Friday in Florida, as the 187 members of the platform committee discuss what the Democratic Party stands for. Among women, Clinton leads Trump 59% to 35%. He has already said he would vote for her over Donald Trump and would do everything he can to defeat the GOP’s presumptive nominee. In a three-way race involving Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson, Clinton would win 45 percent of the vote, Trump would get 36 percent of the vote and 11 percent would back Johnson.
What does this information tell us? But Sanders is insistent, rounding up 700,000 petition signatures in support of his desired amendment.
Clinton, who supported the deal during negotiations as President Obama’s secretary of State and once called it the “gold standard” for worldwide trade, reversed herself during the primary and announced her opposition.
He scored several monumental victories over Clinton, too.

Obama first released that he would be returning to the state before word later leaked out that Clinton would be joining him not only at the campaign rally, but on a campaign bus ride lasting more than an hour-and-a-half.
