“That was not planned”.

‘[I] think i’m in love with Carson, ‘ said tweeter Todd Easton. “I’m the only one to separate Siamese twins, the only one to operate on babies while they were still in mother’s womb, the only one to take out half of a brain, although you would think, if you go to Washington, that someone had beat me to it”. His campaign staff told reporters he’s gotten around 24,000 new Twitter followers since the end of the debate when he delivered an “off-the-cuff” closing statement that mentioned his surgical career.

“So what does it say about Ben Carson’s campaign that he’s running fifth in the polls out of 17 candidates?” asked Warren.

When the applause concluded, Carson added: ‘But I’m very hopeful that I’m not the only one who’s willing to pick up the baton of freedom. On Sunday morning he’ll speak at a church in Osceola and on Sunday afternoon he’ll hold another “Family Festival” outdoors in Council Bluffs. As of Friday, Carson’s campaign had not bought advertising time on any other Portland-area station. “Everyone of us must fight for it because we are fighting for our children and the next generation”.

Trump who was the most searched candidate on Google before the prime-time debate, was also the most searched candidate after the debate according to data released by the companies. He said the large field made it hard to talk about as many issues as he would have liked.

Carson ended the debate on a lighthearted note, again referencing his career in neurosurgery.

Carson’s status as a non-politician is refreshing to many voters, but non-politician Donald Trump has grabbed the attention of many of those voters and shot to the top of GOP polls.
