Hot and humid with strong to severe afternoon thunderstorms

Lows fall into the middle 60s to lower 70s. Highs on Saturday will be in the middle 80s with a mix of sun and clouds. We’ll have to watch the storms in OK.to see if they slip over the Red river. Temperatures jump back into the mid-90s as soon as Sunday with heat indices above 100. Some storms may be strong and capable of producing gusty wind and heavy rain.

There will continue to be a good chance for showers and storms into Saturday. Highs will reach the upper 80s to near 90 with humidity climbing late in the day.
