Police in upstate New York confirmed on Friday that they are investigating an alleged sexual assault incident that occurred at the home of Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane. At this time, we are gathering information and awaiting forensic results. Brisson then added: “It would not be appropriate to provide further comment at this time”.

The person who spoke with WGRZ about the investigation says Kane and the alleged victim were at Skybar in Buffalo on Saturday night and went back to Kane’s home in Hamburg. In 2009, the 26-year-old pleaded guilty to a noncriminal charge of disorderly conduct following an altercation with a Buffalo cab driver.

According to two sources with knowledge of the probe, Patrick Kane is being investigated by Hamburg police. A vehicle with Illinois plates registered to Kane was in the driveway, however nobody answered the door. According to the newspaper, a woman has accused the four-time National Hockey League All-Star of sexual assault. A minimum of one officer wore gloves and could possibly be seen taking footage within the entrance, stated one witness, who requested to not be named. Kane also had to pay $125 in court costs and was ordered to stay out of trouble for a year under a “conditional” discharge.

Sedita III would confirm the existence of the investigation, and a reporter for The Buffalo News was denied access to the police blotter from last weekend.

It seemed likely whatever time Kane was to spend with the trophy this weekend would be out of public view.

The investigation comes after Chicago’s third Stanley Cup in six seasons.

Meanwhile, Kane is being represented by top defense attorney in Buffalo, Paul J. Cambria Jr.

An image of Kane and Toews hoisting the Stanley Cup is to appear on the cover of the NHL16 video game to be released on September 16 by EASports. “The internet and the social media and the Twitter and all that stuff really became popular”. Kane, 26, is a Wild ox local who lives in Hamburg amid the offseason. After we won the Cup, talking to those guys and seeing the faith they had in me it makes you emotional.
