Kanye West Can’t Get Sued for Recording Phone Call With Taylor Swift
“Famous”, released by West in February, contains the line, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex”.

According to TMZ, the 26-year-old singer previously threatened Yeezy for secretly recording their phone conversation. In a statement, she points out that West failed to inform her of the “that bitch” lyric.
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are unlikely to face criminal charges for a recording released of a telephone conversation with Taylor Swift.
Kardashian reportedly chose to act because she didn’t want people thinking the rapper was a “liar” after the Bad Blood singer said she had never given her approval to the song.
In another couple of tweets he wrote: “People always ask me how to be famous”.
While there is no reference to the phrase “that bitch”, she is heard saying it is “like a compliment”.
Swift’s party began after her rep leaked to the press that the Harris’s song This Is What We Came For featuring Rihanna was written by Swift under a pseudonym.
The major drama stirred up between Kim, Kanye and Taylor Swift may have both sides making claims – and even threatening legal action – while the Internet rightfully goes nuts, but the master Kardashian may have changed the entire game. We’ve heard the full tape … and Taylor knew she was overheard.
Do you believe Taylor Swift is the one woman Kanye West could leave Kim Kardashian for or is this just great publicity for Kimye? This was followed by Taylor Swift’s response early Monday morning, July 18 complaining that despite West’s heads up, he never mentioned he would call her “bitch” in her song further alleging the rapper of ‘character assassination’. It was only about asking her if she could release the song, “Famous”, on her Twitter account.

In her Instagram post Sunday, Swift seemed as tired of the public battle as many in the public have become: “I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative, one that I have never asked to be a part of, since 2009”. Amidst Taylor’s fury, Kim defended herself and Kanye and endlessly insisted that Taylor was warned about the line in the song.
