Square Enix and Dontnod have announced that the debut instalment of their episodic adventure Life is odd will be made free indefinitely on all platforms starting tomorrow, July 21.
To celebrate the hand out, Square Enix has released a new trailer which can be seen above. Up until now, the episode would have cost you £3.99.
Life is unusual was one of the standout hits of a year ago when the five episode run came to an explosive end.
It follows the story of photography student Max Caulfield, who finds she can rewind time when trying to save the life of her best friend Chloe.
Jon Brooke, vice president of European marketing for Square Enix added: “By making the first episode of Life is odd free, we’re really excited to welcome new players to the world of Arcadia Bay and our passionate, vibrant community”.

Now developers Dontnod have chose to give everyone a special gift by giving away the first episode for free.
