Surveillance video shows the woman walking along with her cane when a man knocks her to the ground, grabs her purse and drags her along the pavement for six or seven feet.

When Adrew Richardson was arrested, police say a credit card with the victim’s name was clearly visible in the rear seat of his auto.
A 95-year-old woman was dragged for several feet when a man grabbed her purse outside a Tennessee shopping mall and she was unable to let go. She suffered cuts, sprains and broken teeth and was taken to a local hospital.
He has been charged with one count of aggravated robbery.
Richardson was arrested Tuesday at Park and Josephine driving a 2001 Honda Accord.
The suspect eventually got the purse and ran away.

Richardson will be in court Thursday for a video arraignment on the charge. The Memphis Police Department has not been able to confirm whether it was a man or a woman.
