Kim Kardashian loses 70 pounds

Goal reached for Kim Kardashian West as she claimed that nearly 70 pounds was lost after she gave birth to her son “Saint” to Kanye West.

She explained that she reduced her calorie-intake to 1800 per day with the help of the Atkins 40 plan, and has maintained a strict gym regime – but still indulges every now and then.

The 35-year-old reality star was joined at the Moët & Chandon-presented event by Jasmine Sanders, Olivia Culpo, and fashion influencers like Aimee Song and Chrishelle Lim.

“We eat a lot of fish and turkey”, she said. This diet is designed by Dr. Rober Atkins, an American physician and cardiologist.

The working out part isn’t for those who like to sleep in – Kim says she hits the gym at 6 a.m., while her babies are sleeping. Steady fueling initiates constant energy levels all throughout the day while having not much of cravings.
