“From my point of view, this was the movie I was talking to them about for about eight or nine years”, she added.
Check out video below with the cellist behind the Wonder Woman theme in Batman Vs. Superman, Tina Guo.
And Gal went on to praise Patty for being “brilliant, bright, fierce and sharp”. It’s a whole different connection that I have with her.
“Wonder Woman” will hit U.S. theaters on June 2nd 2017.
“With Patty, it’s a thing now, we communicate with our eyes”.
In an exclusive interview with Entertainment Weekly, Gadot shared her thoughts on portraying Wonder Woman.
If anyone knows how important it is to have women’s stories told by women, it’s obviously Wonder Woman.
“Wonder Woman” is giving film fans a fresh glimpse of Gal Gadot as the titular superheroine.
Of course, Wonder Woman is merely the superhero persona she adopts whereas her “civilian” identity sees her as Diana Prince. She said she felt “very privileged” to provide a role model for girls, something she noticed Hollywood lacked after an incident with her 4-year-old daughter, Alma. She has the heart of a human so she can be emotional, she’s curious, she’s compassionate, she loves people.
“She’s all for good, she fights for good, she believes in great”. I would want to be naïve like that again.
And the “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” beauty also praised her character, Diana Prince, for being “really easy to relate to”. And to think when the Israeli model turned actress was first cast in the role, there were many who derided the choice saying she was too skinny and didn’t have the correct warrior physicality.

In the meantime, though, catch the adventures of Lynda Carter as the original “Wonder Woman” with reruns every Saturday night on Me-TV.
