Former Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson said one of the most risky narratives being advanced by some in our own party is the notion that however awful a Hillary Clinton administration may be, the effects will be temporary or harmless.
The U.S. Secret Service, which provides protection to Clinton, is investigating Baldasaro after the remark, according to the Daily Beast.
“You incited this crowd to get on their feet, to talk about her, to say guilty over and over again”.
New Hampshire state representative Al Baldasaro, who is also a Trump delegate from the state and has appeared with Trump at campaign events, made the comments on the Jeff Kuhner Show.
“Donald Trump just became the Republican nominee”.
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump (left) and Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton gesture on separate occasions during their campaign. As previously reported on July 5, FBI Director James Comey announced that the agency would recommend that no charges be brought against the former first lady after a yearlong investigation. On Wednesday, he stood by them, telling ABC affiliate WMUR that “As far as I’m concerned, it is treason and the penalty for treason is the firing squad ― or maybe it’s the electric chair now”. When people take confidential material off a server, you’re sharing information with the enemy. However, most of that money has yet to be distributed and Baldasaro said he couldn’t care less.
Note, Baldasaro’s comments, which are obviously indefensible, are built entirely around conspiracy theories surrounding Benghazi – all of which congressional Republicans have already debunked.
Baldasaro said that as a veteran of two foreign actions – Desert Shield and Desert Storm – and a father who had also sent a son to war – Clinton’s actions as Secretary of State were a disgrace. He told the Boston Globe on Wednesday that ‘freedom of speech is a lovely thing. “I spoke my mind about how I feel”.

“She’d spend all day in court litigating on behalf of children and families, then come home and ask me over dinner what I learned in school, what my favorite part of my day was, and what I hoped would happen tomorrow”.
