Mehbooba chairs all-party meet on Kashmir situation
The Hurriyet leaders said that after the martyrdom of mujahid commander, Burhan Muzaffar Wani, the way state terrorism was at display in occupied Kashmir and the way Kashmiri civilians were being targeted to be killed, maimed and blinded by the forces, accusing Pakistan was not only a crude joke but stupid.

In his message on the occasion of black day, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that Kashmir was not an internal matter of India, and asked New Delhi to hold a plebiscite there to respect the rights of Kashmiris.
“The participants urged the Secretary General of the United Nations to encourage, facilitate and support efforts leading to a peaceful resolution of the Kashmir issue in accordance with the UN Security Council Resolutions to ensure resolution of this longstanding unresolved issue”, the Pakistan High Commission said.

Observing that the situation in the Valley was normalising gradually, he singled out Pakistan for fomenting trouble there, saying it had played a key role in fuelling tension and that terrorism in India was sponsored by it. “The essential commodities are being supplied in the curfew clamped areas and the ban which has been imposed on internet has been lifted”, he said.
