Actually, police got some complains about this strange 18 year old man in banana costume carrying a rifle with him by some witnesses.
Then police released a search for that guy and finally found him on a highway in Beaumont, Texas.
Later, the teenager explained that he wasn’t planning anything untoward and had actually been advertising the opening of a new gun store.
He had a sign pointing towards the nearby Golden Triangle Tactical outlet, with the owner Derek Poe.

But despite of his explanation, the police gave him a citation because he had unlawfully solicited on the roadside.
