Two bulls were captured by police Friday shortly after they escaped from a Baltimore slaughterhouse, according to the Baltimore Police Department.

The animals escaped from a slaughterhouse and were later spotted at the Penn Square apartment complex across the street. The bulls are in the area of Pennsylvania Avenue and N. Woodyear Street.
The apartment complex across the street from the old Ruppersberger and Sons Wholesale building became the pen, where police and workers from the business corralled the two bulls and eventually got them back into the cattle vehicle.
Police cordoned off an area because the fences weren’t secure, Smith said. Police tweeted that the bulls were contained to the lot, then later tweeted they were “in custody” with a video showing a truck hauling a trailer away.
No one was hurt, he said.
This wasn’t the first time that a bull has escaped in the city.

“Today’s the “Running of the Bulls: Baltimore edition.’ Earlier this week, it was ‘Chasing Pokémon: the Driving Edition”, quipped Smith. It also happened in 2014.
