Stephen Savva, a lawyer for 50 Cent, says no deal had been reached to lease the Farmington mansion, which the rapper purchased in 2003.

The Hartford Courant (http://cour.at/1JNPiVu ) reports the disclosure came Wednesday during a meeting of creditors.

50 Cent has filed that he spends $3k on his wardrobe every month.

The rapper also spends a further $1,000 on grooming as well as $9,000 on security and $5,000 on gardening.

In an interview with E!News, Jackson admitted that he filed for bankruptcy to stop the sex tape trial, but the NYC Court judge allowed the proceedings to continue, with the turn out demanding him to pay the woman compensatory damages.

Although there’s no word about how much 50’s asking, bankruptcy docs show he’d been paying $72,000 per month just for maintenance on the mega-mansion.

During that court case he claimed to live modestly and that he didn’t own expensive vehicles, but the new bankruptcy papers reveal he also owns seven cars including three Chevy Suburbans and a Rolls Royce, Associated Press reported.

The star also has to pay out over $14,000 on support for his two children – 17-year-old Marquise, and Sire, two – as well as for his grandfather.

His assets according to court records, though, total around a cool $25 million, including $10 million in various bank accounts.
