SDCC 2016: Walking Dead Season 7 Trailer & Premier Date
We even came face-to-face with a Tiger and King Ezekiel!

Fans have been speculating that AMC would give us our first trailer for The Walking Dead Season 7 at San Diego Comic-Con 2016, and sure enough the network’s delivered with a thrilling tease of what’s next on the hit show.
In The Walking Dead comics, Shiva is the trustee pet of the Kingdom’s leader Ezekiel. At the end of last season, Negan infamously assassinated a character off screen. He also laughed adding, “Welcome to the Negan show”. What do you think will happen on the show?
When season seven premieres we’ll (hopefully) learn the fate of Rick and the group. They each remained tight-lipped on who was on the other side of Lucille, the nickname of Negan’s bat. Naturally, there were no firm answers at the panel-though Christian Serratos, who plays Rosita, did tell the crowd that she’s “excited to get to play this character”, then heaved a heavy sigh and finished, “for as long as I can”.
From the looks of it, the world of Season 7 is going to be a lot darker and more expansive than ever before.

The Walking Dead will return for its seventh season in October. Per usual, the 16-episode season will be split into two parts, with the first eight episodes airing in the fall and the second half debuting in February 2017.
