Labour leadership: Corbyn to say abuse ‘has no place’ in party
Mr McCluskey told the Guardian: ‘Do people believe for one second that the security forces are not involved in dark practices?

He compared the portrayal of Mr Corbyn’s supporters with the way striking miners had been “demonised” in the 1980s.
Jeremy Corbyn has been forced to deny bullying his political opponents after one of his MPs alleged that the Labour leader had threatened to telephone his father amid a row over the party’s direction.
The Labour leader – who is launching his leadership campaign today – has been accused of allowing a “culture of bullying” to take hold within Labour by his leadership rival Owen Smith.
In his article, McGinn said he was on a parliamentary trip to Washington in May when he learned that Corbyn was annoyed about an interview he had given in which he discussed the party’s disconnect with working-class communities.
Mr Smith also hit out at the suggestion Labour MPs will face having to be re-selected to stand in the 2020 general election – a move which could allow Mr Corbyn’s supporters in the grassroots to oust critics. “It’s now become commonplace in the Labour party, so something has gone badly wrong under his watch”.
On her support for Mr Smith she said: “What I want in a leader is somebody who is a socialist and has a plan about where this country is going”.
He said: “It’s not kinder and gentler, is it, if you are the boss of an organisation and the workers are unhappy, to threaten to give them the sack”.
Cameron gambled the entire future of the United Kingdom for a bit of short-term party political advantage at the 2015 General election, and thanks to the efforts of Tory MPs like Boris Johnson, Michael Gove, John Redwood, Priti patel and Chris Grayling, and the votes of Tory supporters, the United Kingdom electorate voted in favour of a haphazard “blind jump” abandonment of the EU. “It’s the sort of thing you might see at Sports Direct but it’s not what you should be expecting in the Labour Party”. I regret the language that has been used by all of them. “A few people say things they shouldn’t and then it’s blown up out of all proportion, to suit the imagery that the Labour party has somehow become a cesspit, and suddenly it’s a crisis”. Isn’t that good for democracy?’
JEREMY Corbyn has been accused of considering calling the father of Labour MP Conor McGinn in an attempt to “bully” the politician into silence.
Mr McGinn is a former adviser to Vernon Coaker, who resigned from the shadow cabinet last month in protest at Mr Corbyn’s leadership. During her short-lived campaign, a brick was also thrown through her window. You are that change, you are the ones who will change politics and I want to make sure that you are empowered to do that. You can make any number of ritual condemnations as you like but you have got to be judged by your actions, not just words.
