After three days, the Delhi Police claim to have arrested the murderer of a 64-year-old Vijaykumar who was murdered at his residence in Mayur Vihar’s Samachar Apartments.

Later, the victim also shot some videos of the accused and started blackmailing her.The accused claimed that Kumar was sexually abusing her for the last two years.
As per the woman’s version, she was regularly called to his house by Kumar in the absence of his family members.
“She later dumped the LED TV in a Najafgarh drain”.
Vijay kumar used to blackmail the 25 years old lady after making a film of her and himself naked, according to the source of police.
“The victim had called on the accused at his flat at Samachar Apartment on July 20. She was seen in a CCTV footage coming to the apartment at 10 am, and two hours later she was seen going out carrying an LED television she had picked up from the victim’s flat”, the DCP said. When the woman met him for the first time, he is alleged to have told her to come with her certificates the next day to Lodhi Colony. “She admitted stabbing Vikay Kumar whom she accused of forcing her into continuing the physical relationship”, said the officer.
A 25 year old woman, civil services aspirant and a History honors graduate, was arrested on Saturday by the police for killing a senior citizen in the national capital.

“Her flatmate knew that as a former government official, Vijaykumar had helped people getting contractual jobs and could help her too”. In January this year she married a man who works with a government department. The police had retrieved the CCTV visuals of a woman walking along the crime spot on Wednesday. Eight teams of the East district police worked on the case and hundreds of mobile numbers were analysed, the officer added. During this process the woman was identified and arrested.
