Trump’s GOP convention unlike any Missouri delegate has seen before
Ted Cruz won’t endorse Donald Trump, but the Republican nominee said Friday he wouldn’t take the support even if the Texas senator offered.

Doing so became crucial because of what happened in the 9:00 hour, when Ted Cruz was booed off the stage after refusing to endorse Donald Trump. And I would have said it this way, now this is the Monday Morning quarterbacking for me and I want to confess that first. “Just, Ted, stay home, relax, enjoy yourself”. Cruz said he likewise felt the need to defend the honor of his father, evangelist Rafael Cruz, whom Trump had accused of having been seen with Kennedy assassin Lee Harvey Oswald weeks before the killing in Dallas in 1963.
The photo expert, Mitch Goldstone, president and CEO of ScanMyPhotos, a California-based digitizing photo service, was quoted in the Enquirer story – “Ted Cruz Father Linked to JFK Assassination!” – as saying, “I$3 t looks to be the same person and I can say as much with a high degree of confidence”.
“I think my message is a good message”.
Roe defended Cruz and his decision not to endorse Trump, refuting Christie’s argument that Cruz had pledged his support.
Trump first suggested that Cruz’s father was involved in the assassination of Kennedy the morning of the in primary, citing the tabloid story.
Former House Speaker John Boehner of OH, who had compared Cruz to the devil, responded by remarking: “Lucifer is back”, his spokesman said on Twitter. And on Thursday, Cruz referenced the incident, as he drew an angry reaction from members of his state’s own GOP delegation.
“I didn’t start anything with the wife”, Trump said, eliciting a loud gasp from one reporter at the back of the hotel ballroom. “That was unity. That was wonderful”, Trump told his supporters at an event here. “That was bad”, said Trump delegate Cynthia Schaffer of Tinley Park.
The only question that remains is whether Donald Trump and Paul Manafort were bamboozled by Cruz, or whether they had read his speech – which both of them, and Cruz himself, claim they had – and let Cruz proceed with it anyway, knowing that it was a win-win for the Trump campaign. “See, to me, that’s dishonorable”.
When host Simon Conway said on Iowa’s 1040 World Health Organization radio that Cruz should have honored his pledge to support the Republican nominee and said he was voting for Trump, King agreed.
Then Trump bore in on Cruz, calling his non-endorsement “dishonorable” before revisiting the hubbub over the celebrity businessman March’s retweet of a post that juxtaposed an unflattering photo of Heidi Cruz with a glamour shot of Trump’s wife, Melania, a former model.
After Trump’s comments, the White House said the United States has an “ironclad” commitment to mutual defense among the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation allies. And I’m not upset with him for using a teleprompter, but that aspect of him that I really appreciated was that he was off the cuff and that he spoke from the heart.
With precious few personal anecdotes, other than recollections of playing in his office while their father worked, Trump’s kids generalities strained credulity. “Although maybe I’ll set up a super PAC if he decides to run”.

But the crowd’s forceful rejection of the “vote your conscience” philosophy is interesting.
