Andre Drummond, Detroit Pistons star, gets posterized twice in Drew League
Andre Drummond was tortured during play at the Drew League on Sunday, getting slammed on twice.

The Drew League, started in 1973 as a way to get kids in south-central Los Angeles off the streets and into the gym, plays host to National Basketball Association players every summer in an invite-only tournament at Charles Drew Junior High School. Here’s the carnage in video form.
Drummond, it should be noted, is 7-feet-tall and a noted shot blocker and rim protector in the National Basketball Association.
Shumpert, who is decribed as a “former software engineer” in his Twitter profile, posterized Drummond with a two-handed dunk over the NBA All-Star.
Still, it’s hard to decide which dunk is more vicious.
The first was former Nebraska Cornhusker Sek Henry, a 6-foot-4 guard who went coast-to-coast and threw the hammer down with the left hand on Drummond, who made a noble but ill-fated block attempt.

DJ Shumpert (second) was a member of the Los Angeles D-Fenders of the D-League, where he played 22 games in 2015-16. He might get even higher than Henry, and after absorbing the contact from Drummond, Shumpert’s head is almost at the rim.
