Clinton has visited the Rio Grande Valley several times in the past few years, but Friday’s visit marks her first to the Valley since announcing her candidacy for president in April.

Though Clinton has spent decades on the American political stage, her team insists that voters dont really know much about her background.
But Mrs. Clinton’s allies do not hide their annoyance at the implication by Mr. Biden’s advisers and supporters that she is vulnerable, and ripe for a challenge from the vice president.
