Today, though, Microsoft announced that it has opened pre-orders for the first Xbox One S bundles with 500GB and 1TB of storage – and they’ll arrive a lot sooner than that.

Along with a slimmer build, the new console configuration features a built-in power supply, more front-facing USB ports, 4K and HDR support and a newly designed controller.

United Kingdom release dates have yet to be announced, although Microsoft says it will discuss more about its plans for “additional markets” next month.
