Wildfire in Lake County prompts mandatory evacuation

A California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection official said the new fire was reported about 3:30 p.m. Saturday near the community of Lower Lake.

The massive mushroom cloud can be seen all the way from Marin county. It is close in proximity to where the Rocky Fire has been burning for more than a week.
