Emma Watson is opening up about her split from rugby player Matt Janney, saying it was hard for her because she had to learn how to be alone.
Emma Watson, according to an article by MTV.com, might be onto something with her handling her impending breakup by going on a silent retreat, rather than yelling, screaming, crying, otherwise having an emotional breakdown.
In a report from the Daily Mail, the 25 year old actress has admitted to undergoing a “silent retreat” that was initially to help her move on from her heartache over the split.
