Elizabeth Banks puts together ‘Fight Song’ for Hillary Clinton
Elizabeth Banks and other celebrities perform “Fight Song” by Rachel Platten in support of Hillary Clinton in a video that aired at the Democratic National Convention on July 26, 2016.

“Fight Song has been energising Clinton supporters at events around the country throughout the campaign, and reinforces Clinton’s proven record of fighting for all Americans and her commitment to tackling the big challenges we face as a country as president”.
Banks, best known for “The Hunger Games” and “Pitch Perfect”, got the crowd going with a dig at Donald Trump during her time on stage.
Quite impressively, the entire video was made with sounds from the celebrities’ voices with no backing track.
The video, played in primetime Tuesday night, features appearances by Banks, more than a few of her “Pitch Perfect” co-stars, Platten, Mandy Moore, Connie Britton, Eva Longoria, Idina Menzel, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Julie Bowen, Kristen Chenoweth, Rob Reiner, Jane Fonda, Sia and more celebs you’ll probably recognize. However, it could be argued that Elizabeth Banks’ choice of song is a little less thought-provoking and a little more upbeat than will.i.am’s choice of a soundtrack in 2008.
Watch the star-studded video above. Hosted by Elizabeth Banks herself, the night saw both Bill Clinton and Meryl Streep take to the stage in support of Hillary Clinton.

Earlier in the evening at the Democratic National Convention, the actress mocked GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump’s entrance to Queen’s “We Are the Champions” at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland last week. “It’s a really fun journey, and [it was great] to have it revealed tonight [after Bill Clinton’s speech]”.
