One-on-one with Republican Vice Presidential Nominee Mike Pence

Pence enthusiastically claimed Republicans were united behind Trump, who would lead through “strength”.

Pence’s name isn’t popular around the country-something he’s aware of. So moved was the nominee that Trump appeared on stage after Pence concluded and offered up an air kiss.

“It is such an honor to join to your family and welcome you to Cleveland”, Pence said.

“As a past chairman of the Republican Governors Association, I’m prepared to help Susan become the next governor of Indiana”, Christie wrote to the committee, which will select a replacement for Pence during a closed-door meeting.

Finally Pence summed up Donald Trump as the best man for the White House in these turbulent times.

Pence on Wednesday insisted the 2016 election has a choice between “the outsider, my running mate, who turned a long-shot campaign into a movement” and Hillary who is, “the exact opposite of a political outsider, the exact opposite of an uncalculating truth-teller”.

“He knows that the introduction I prefer is much shorter”.

Eight and a half hours later at the Shoreby Club, Mike and Karen Pence returned to their Hoosier peeps. IN election law does not allow a candidate to be on the ballot for governor and vice president, leaving an open spot. They faced off previously for the governor’s office in 2012 in one of the closest gubernatorial elections in 50 years, despite a clean victory for Mitt Romney on the same ballot. “And they’re all being bombarded”.

“I know from speaking directly with him that his support is not symbolic, but rather it is a commitment to the financial backing, staffing, and resources available through the Mike Pence for Indiana Campaign Committee”, Holcomb wrote. Dan Coats and even Pence.

Thursday was the last night of the Republican National Convention.

“If it’s Brooks or Rokita, there are legislative records they cam look at”.

The Republicans must caucus and pick their candidate in the next few weeks before squaring off against Democrat John Gregg in November.

The committee will make their final decision Tuesday.

That’s a far cry from three weeks ago, when Dunn said he was out shooting sporting clays with Pence.
