New images of the Galaxy Note 7 have just leaked online, showing off the flat design and some particularities of the device, according to TechTastic.

With the expected launch at the IFA trade show in Berlin this coming September 1, Samsung could be in for a busy first week of that month as there are reports that the company might also be officially unveiling the Samsung Gear S3 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 7.

Meanwhile, check out this latest batch of leaked Galaxy Note 7 photos below. The device is rumored to have high specs including a 4K resolution screen. It is thus a no-brainer that the device may feature a MicroSD slot. Half of 2016 has passed and the mobile benchmarking website, AnTuTu has released its index for 10 most popular smartphones in the first half of 2016.

The Note might also have a 12MP rear camera with autofocus and come with a 5MP unit on the front.

Though there’s no word yet on the possibility of having three versions, what’s already confirmed is that the Note 7 will be the first smartphone to come with an iris-scanning biometrics technology. Sadly, a Rose Gold variant won’t happen this time.

A week before the official release of Samsung's newest flagship and the public is already itching for the Galaxy S8 which will highlight the company’s understanding of VR
