DNC: Biden says too dangerous to make Trump president
When Hillary Clinton accepts the Democratic nomination at the party’s national convention on Thursday, Vice President Biden could be forgiven for wondering, “Could it have been me?” In fact, Clinton’s campaign sees Biden as an asset in Rust Belt states, where his gift for connecting with working-class voters could make a difference in the battle against GOP nominee Donald Trump. I see people working hard and starting businesses; people teaching kids and serving our country.

“I love Joe Biden”, said Tammie Lewis, a MI delegate.
He touched off a firestorm by encouraging Russian Federation to meddle in the presidential campaign – even as he dismissed suggestions from Obama and other Democrats that Moscow was already acting on the Republican’s behalf.
Democratic convention delegates are watching a video tribute to Vice President Joe Biden in which he proclaims he’s more optimistic than ever about the country’s future.
“When the middle class does well, the rich do very well and the poor have hope”. Beau, who died of brain cancer, and told all Americans struggling through the grief of losing a family member he has been inspired by their poise and toughness. “And Michelle – I don’t know where you are, but you are incredible”.
Polls show Biden could be a strong asset for Clinton.

In his final months as the American leader, Obama is particularly aware of his legacy and knows that Clinton, a kindred politico with similar views on fighting terrorism, immigration, health care, abortion, gay rights and climate change, would leave many of his policies in place, while Trump has pledged to nearly immediately undo them.
California Gov. Jerry Brown took aim at Trump’s past suggestion that the warming of the planet was “a hoax”. We simply can not let that happen as Americans.
“We’re going to carry Hillary to victory this fall, because that’s what the moment demands”, Obama said to loud cheers and applause.
Or, put another way, he condoned a federal crime be perpetrated against the United States.
WikiLeaks has released 29 voicemails stolen from the Democratic National Committee, and they include several from unidentified party members upset by Bernie Sanders’ influence on the party.
One former national security council official in the George W. Bush administration described Trump’s comments as “tantamount to treason”.
“The Donald is not really a plans guy. He has no clue what makes America great”. “And I promise you our strength, our greatness does not depend on Donald Trump”.
By contrast, many prominent Republicans were absent from the party convention that nominated Trump for the White House last week. “We need to think about this”. His cynicism and undoubtedly his lack of empathy and compassion can be summed up in that phrase he is most proud of making famous: “You’re fired”. “How can there be pleasure in “you’re fired”?”

I was talking to Barack today – it is no longer he will give the best speech, we know who did that.
