Since Tim Kaine was officially announced as Hillary Clinton’s running mate, Elizabeth Warren has spoken favorably, if limitedly, about the Virginia senator and soon-to-be Democratic vice presidential nominee.

Tim Kaine capped off one of the biggest nights of his life with a commanding speech, encouraging the delegates at the Democratic National Convention to believe in a Clinton/Kaine ticket.
“We share this belief: Do all the good you can”.
But Kaine said rival Trump is motivated by his own ego, saying while Clinton’s passion is “kids and families”, Trump’s is “himself”. And he sported a fake NY accent to poke fun at Donald Trump.
Peppering his speech with phrases in Spanish, the bilingual Kaine said he and Clinton were “companeros de alma”, or soul mates, and led chants from the crowd of “Si, se puede”.
Mrs Clinton is expected to address the convention finale in person tomorrow to formally accept the nomination.
“I will tell you this – Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 e-mails that are missing”, Trump said, drawing complaints that he appeared to be inviting a foreign power to spy on a political opponent.
Earlier the former first lady, senator and secretary of state took a monumental step on her quest to become the US’s first woman commander-in-chief, by besting party challenger Bernie Sanders.
With working-class roots and a spotless record both as Virginia governor and senator, he is seen as helping Clinton garner support among reluctant independent male voters – although at the risk of alienating the party’s progressive left wing.
And after describing his work as a missionary, a civil rights lawyer, and a politician, Kaine tied things back to faith again. That’s what Bernie Sanders is about.
He contrasted the Hillary Clinton who was blasted in speech after speech at the Republican convention with Hillary he knows and loves – a kind, caring woman he called “the real one”. “We all should feel the Bern and we should not want to get burned by the other guy”, he said.
