First Look At Rick And Morty Season 3 Revealed At Comic-Con

Thankfully, this isn’t the last of the goods we’ll get from Rick and Morty this year because the third season of the show is supposed to debut before the end of 2016. As evidenced by the Purge episode from Season 2, Rick and Morty doesn’t shy away from getting downright gross with its graphics, but this is a lot.

It has been proven from the second season that “Rick and Morty” can be really graphic with its representations.

Rick and Morty fans got a first look of the forthcoming third season at the San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) panel where the show runners released a new animatic clip featuring a rather gory over-the-top scene in classic style reminiscent of the popular animated series. “He’s a big D&D fan, and I think he’d be great for the show”, Harmon had previously mentioned in an interview. Rick and Morty shines brightest when it’s on the extremes of its own comedy spectrum, either embracing the absurdity of parallel universes and ad-libbed stupidity or cutting to the bone with moments of desperate, sympathetic misery.

“I kind of want to meet Vin Diesel, and I kind of want to have a conversation with him”, “Rick and Morty” Season 3 creator Dan Harmon shared.

Though the addition of Vin Diesel in the show would definitely draw more audience, The Bitbag says it is quite unlikely as of today. Harmon said that even now he couldn’t believe the level of talent they managed to secure for the third season.

While the possibility of having the “Fast and Furious 8” actor as a voice over guest is likely, it might not happen soon, as the actor is busy with his various projects.

Unveiled by showrunners Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland, this Rick and Morty sneak peek shows a transformed Rick coming up with a plan to escape some sort of prison by killing a rat and using its remains to build himself a suit he can then use to take the rest the lab rats out.
