Microsoft Translator App Is Now Available To Android and iOS
For the time being, we don’t know when the Android Cortana app will be ready to move out of its beta phase and into the Google Play Store, where everyone can download it and give it a go.

Using the Android version of Cortana, the voice assistant feature will be able to replace Google Now as the default. Thankfully, Windows 10 makes it simple to consolidate and organize your various calendars into a single location via its Calendar app, thus allowing you to keep tabs on your weekly appointments with next to no hassle. This brings Cortana to the forefront. The Android app did get leaked online and Microsoft decided to take the support further and released an updated version of Cortana yesterday.
Microsoft claims that this is due to hardware limitations on Android devices, which do not permit Cortana to be always active and listening, that bit is currently limited to Google Now, which can be fired up by saying “Ok Google”. The Halo character turned digital assistant tweaked for Android offers pretty much the same features as it does on Windows 10 and Windows Phone, aside from voice activation.
To do this, users simply press and hold the home button.
You will be asked to sign in to your specified account type: Outlook, Exchange, Google, or iCloud.
Say hello to Cortana, your truly personal assistant. No word on when Cortana will be released but given its beta status, we’re hoping it won’t be too long.

Microsoft has recently introduced its very own translator app. The app is now available to Android and iOS users. Cortana is being hailed as quite intelligent and the witty responses to some of the questions have made users to turn to the assistant as their daily driver on Windows 10. Of course, there will still be other ways for Google Now to be accessible, but Cortana will become the primary digital assistant for that phone.
