Woman files sexual assault complaint over toy used at hibachi restaurant
It is made to look like it is urinating.

The water was in a boy figure toy.
Chefs use the toy to control flames on the hibachi, he said, and sometimes have fun with him and those sitting around the giant grill. That was a little too much for Isabelle to handle, and when the toy squirted her in front of her kids and grand kids, she had had enough.
But when the chef used it to shoot water at a woman’s face, she and her husband called police – claiming sexual assault! When the server pulled the toy’s trousers down, water shot out hitting his wife, Isabelle. “It peed on me…basically, out of his… wee wee area” said Lassiter. “It really didn’t have a wiener, but you got the point”, said Lassiter.
Lassiter wasn’t entertained, however, and she and her husband argue the incident amounted to a “sexual-styleassault”.
Police noted the toy wasn’t anatomically correct, but the Lassiters said that doesn’t matter.
Police haven’t filed any charges, and even if they did, it’s unlikely they would stick, according to Los Angeles-based criminal defense attorney Adam Sostrin. “Just because somebody cut off a piece of plastic okay its not there anymore…doesn’t change the fact that your getting peed on”, said James Lassiter. He said chefs will at least ask permission before showing more of the toy boy again.

Johnny Huang, Wasabi’s general manager, said he apologized to the family and has never had complaints about the toy before.
