The 28-year-old singer previously revealed her love for impersonators and she even did a prank on her own sketch show on the BBC whereby she dressed up as her own impersonator and fooled 10 professional Adele lookalikes.

During the Seattle stop of her world tour, Adele invited local drag queen Kristie Champagne (otherwise known as Kristopher Zello) onstage after spotting the beauty in the crowd. Then, while Kristie’s friends are freaking out behind her, Adele compliments Kristie’s dress and offers to swap it with her. “There’s a drag queen in L.A. that I really wanna see; he looks awesome, he does a really good job”. “I really, really your dress”. “You look so incredible, oh my gosh”, Adele said to Champagne, who was wearing a hand-made, floor-length, dark sequined gown, similar to the singer’s garb on the night.
Judging by shots posted after the show, it’s clear why Adele was taken aback by the impersonator.
