Los Angeles Lakers is really stepping their game up as it has been reported that they are going after DeMarcus Cousins from Sacramento Kings for the upcoming National Basketball Association season.

The site explains that Cousins will basically be a steal for the Lakers comparing the salary he will be paid in to the enormous talents he has to offer.
Sai Mohan of Hoops Habit brainstormed a possible trade between Sacramento and Denver in regard to Demarcus Cousins. The Kings organization itself didn’t allow the trade to happen because of the importance of Cousins. However, with the current roster and situation in Sacramento, Cousins is still looking for a better home that could compete against the giants in the West.
A lot of teams appear to be interested with Cousins, which is not much of a surprise seeing how he plays on court.
Certainly, when a player like Cousins love a team, then he has dreamed of playing with.
However, Lakers Nation knows that Cousins will be out of that Kings jersey sooner or later and the site believes that the LA Lakers should consider making an attempt to get him.
Of course, the Lakers will not trade Brandon Ingram but they can likely make a deal by packaging a combination of D’Angelo Russell, Jordan Clarkson, Julius Randle or Larry Nance Jr.

Cousins averaged 26.9 points and 11.5 rebounds. The Kings haven’t been in the playoffs for a decade as the turmoil continues in Sacramento. I am surprised he has not gone out and demanded a trade.
