“On the heels of reports that Russian Federation may have hacked Democratic Party emails, Mr Trump said, “Russia, if you’re listening”, it would be desirable to see Moscow find and publish the thousands of emails Clinton says she deleted during her years as secretary of state”. Visibly shaken, and sitting on the floor with other supporters, she said she was exhausted of being misrepresented. Rich is convinced Clinton can reverse the negative perceptions.
She comes into the convention with a majority of voters saying she is not honest or trustworthy or likable. Since the 1960s, conventions have delivered bumps to the party nominees in nearly every election year, though the size of that bump can vary significantly.
The Democrats have sought to buttress Clinton with a star gathering of current and past party notables in Philadelphia.
The night took an emotional turn when the “Mothers of the Movement” took the stage, a group that includes the mothers of black people, like Eric Garner and Trayvon Martin, killed by gun violence or incidents involving police.

She has fully embraced being a Clinton and is now deliberately, willfully, on the road to greatness, “Vanity Fair wrote in a profile a year ago”.
Political commentators say Clinton will aim to win over their hearts and minds with her speech at the convention tonight. Obama noted his own bruising contest with Clinton in 2008, hailing his erstwhile rival’s toughness as a candidate and “her intelligence, her judgment and her discipline” as a team member.
Comedian and journalist Aman Ali wrote on his Facebook page, “What the hell is up with this ‘If you’re a happy Muslim and love America, clap your hands!’ racist garbage”.
Republican consultant Adam Goodman of Tampa believes Clinton’s image problems are “irreparable” but that her bigger challenge is overall message.
Liberals, particularly those who supported Vermont senator Bernie Sanders, have grumbled about Mr Kaine being on the ticket, particularly because of his support for “fast track” approval of the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade pact. Polls show 70 percent of voters think the country is heading in the wrong direction. Class, composure, and intelligence flow through Michelle Obama like blood flows through the rest of us.
At the convention on Wednesday, US Senator Tim Kaine, Clinton’s running mate, described billionaire Trump as “a one-man wrecking crew” who can not be trusted in the Oval Office.
Donald Trump promised a convention full of showbiz.
‘And then when he said that, I knew that my favorite chapter would happen. You run the election you have.
In Philadelphia, the Democrats’ heaviest hitters including Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and Clinton’s running mate, Virginia Sen.
“I think there’s an bad lot of people that really want a reason to vote for Hillary”.
