N. Korea warns USA of ‘terrifying price’ over nuke tensions
More defiant North Korean nuclear weapons tests will be dependent on United States moves in the Korean peninsula, the Hermit Kingdom announced on Tuesday.

In the meantime, North Korean foreign minister Ri Yong-ho met with his Chinese counterpart for the first time in two years at the forum.
An announcement by South Korea and the United States this month that they would deploy a Terminal High Altitude Area Defence (THAAD) unit has drawn protests from China, which warned that the system would destabilize regional security. “She is facing repatriation back to North Korea”, he said.
China is South Korea’s largest export market and also a key partner in Seoul’s efforts to curb North Korea’s nuclear weapons programme.
However, the audacious tests have yet to cease.
“Mr. Ri on Tuesday said the USA had made a declaration of war by criticizing North Korea’s human-rights record”.
In response the UN Security Council slapped North Korea with its toughest sanctions to date in a unanimous decision even endorsed by China, its economic lifeline and diplomatic shield.
Seoul, which criminalizes praise of North Korea under the anti-communist National Security Law, has denied left-wing activists entry to the country on previous occasions.
“As for the technical excuses from the United States and South Korea, experts can easily see how believable this is”, he said.
South Korea’s defense ministry has said it aims to have the system operational by the end of 2017.
In an apparent assurance to China, South Korea and the U.S. said they will not share with Japan information they obtain from the radar of the THAAD, reported the South Korea-based Yonhap News Agency.
Mr. Kerry said it was “critical for the world and for all countries to fully enforce the sanctions that have been imposed”, calling North Korea “the only country in the world defying the global movement towards responsibility” by continuing to develop its missiles.
Whether or not North Korea conducts another nuclear test will “entirely hinge on the United States’s attitude”, he was quoted as saying. “In February, March, April, May, continually they have done missile tests”, he said.
“We realized that after nearly two decades of engagement discussion and negotiation, (that) diplomatic tools did not manage to change North Korean behavior or lead to denuclearization”, Park said.

“Together we are determined.to make absolutely certain that DPRK (North Korea) understands that there are real consequences for these actions”, Kerry told reporters.
